Plums
About 70 percent of the crop of plums in Germany come out of Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate. As subspecies of the plum are called zwetschge, damsons, bullace, krieche, kroosjes, perdrigon, egg plum, Victoria plum, gage, greengage, round plum, claudiana, rotunda, spilling, zibarte and mirabelle plum. Even the wood of the plum tree is premium.
