Pumpkin variety
The popular Hokkaido pumpkin is also an American breeding, only since the end of the 19th Century cultivated in Japan. It is suitable to so many flavors and is harmonizing particularly well with ginger and chilli. You can eat it raw and unpeeled and has a wonderful color: vintage orange.
