Slow Kids
To ensure that our children will grow up healthy and can develop into sustainable thinking and acting, it is important that we adults are appropriate role models justified in this sense. The food and the associated consumerism should thereby assuming a very special place. Slow Kids initiatives therefore put on the improvement of taste education, edible school gardens, healthy eating and cooking and promote dialogue between children and their parents. They also bring together schools, authorities, chefs, farmers and representatives of the food trade to develop and promote sustainable concepts.
